Raymond mill scraper is a common accessory within the Raymond mill and is also a vital component during powder production. The scraper of the Raymond mill comprises a scraper panel and a scraper side panel. Its grinding principle is as follows: the machine’s operation causes the grinding rod to generate centrifugal force, pressing towards the grinding ring and forming a grinding force. By leveraging this grinding force and the circular and self-rotating motion of the grinding rod along the grinding ring, materials are ground to the desired particle size. The material is lifted by the scraper panel and, while rotating at high speed along the grinding ring, is thrown between the grinding ring and the grinding rod for grinding processing.
