Grinding rollers are key wear components in roller mills, including twin-roller machines and Raymond mills. During operation, the rollers grind materials against grinding rings or other rollers while also rubbing against each other. Due to continuous friction and wear, timely replacement with correctly sized and properly matched materials is essential to ensure stable output and efficient operation.

Raymond Mill Introduction

Raymond mills, also known as air-swept vertical roller mills, feature an integrated classification system capable of drying, pulverizing, and classifying materials simultaneously. They are widely used for processing clays, minerals, and manufactured materials with a Mohs hardness of 5 or below. With feed sizes ranging from 10–40 mm, Raymond mills can produce finished products from coarse granules to ultra-fine powder down to 325 mesh.
